Acceptable Use Policy
Effective: August 15, 2026 · Last updated: August 27, 2026 · Publisher: RNP Labs LLC
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do with WidgetBid. It forms part of the
Terms of Service. Breaking it can cost you your access, with no refund.
1THE HARD LINES
These are the rules that keep the Service safe and lawful for everyone. There are no exceptions and no
warnings.
- Never enter an employer credential anywhere in WidgetBid. We never ask for one. There is no field
for one, and no reason to have one.
- Never use WidgetBid, or anything built from it, to automate against an airline, employer, or vendor
system. No scripted logins, no scraping of company systems, no bots.
- Never attempt to submit a bid automatically. You sign in yourself, you review, and you submit.
Any tool we publish fills fields at most. Do not modify it to do more.
- Never upload material you are not lawfully entitled to possess, or that you are prohibited from
sharing.
2YOUR ACCOUNT
- One account per pilot. Do not create multiple accounts or use another pilot's account.
- Do not share your credentials, your session, or your screen access with anyone.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or provide bidding services to others using your account.
- Do not misrepresent your identity, employer, base, seat, equipment, or seniority to obtain access.
- Keep your WidgetBid password different from any employer credential.
3THE SERVICE AND ITS DATA
- Do not scrape, crawl, spider, or bulk extract the Service or the data it presents.
- Do not republish, redistribute, or resell datasets obtained through the Service.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to reconstruct the bid compiler, feasibility model, or
emulator logic.
- Do not use the Service to build or train a competing product, model, or dataset.
- Do not circumvent rate limits, access controls, the verification gate, or any paywall.
- Do not probe, scan, or test the security of the Service, or attempt to access another account or any
data that is not yours. Responsible security reports are welcome at
support@widgetbid.com.
- Do not upload malware or anything designed to disrupt the Service.
4WHAT YOU UPLOAD
- Upload only material you lawfully received and are permitted to submit.
- Do not upload material containing other people's personal information beyond what the source document
already contains for the purpose you are using it for.
- Do not upload anything under an obligation of confidentiality that you are not free to share.
- Uploaded material is parsed into facts and the original is discarded. Do not rely on the Service as
storage.
5CONDUCT
- Do not use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate anyone.
- Do not use another pilot's seniority number or personnel number to look up information about them.
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not represent WidgetBid as approved, endorsed, or provided by any airline, union, or employer.
6YOUR OWN COMPLIANCE
You are responsible for making sure your use of the Service is consistent with your employer's policies, any
collective bargaining agreement covering you, and any rule about using outside tools with company information.
We do not represent that use of the Service is approved by any employer or union, and we cannot advise you on
your obligations. If you are unsure, ask a representative or an attorney before you use the Service.
7ENFORCEMENT
We may investigate suspected violations and may warn, rate limit, suspend, or terminate access, remove
content, or refuse service. Serious violations, particularly anything in Section 1, result in immediate
termination without refund. We may report unlawful activity to the authorities.
Report a violation to support@widgetbid.com.
