This End User License Agreement (this "EULA") governs your use of the WidgetBid software published by RNP Labs LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("RNP Labs," "we," "us"). It supplements the Terms of Service. Where the two conflict on a licensing question, this EULA controls.
By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you accept this EULA. If you do not accept it, do not use the Software.
"Software" means the WidgetBid web application, the installable progressive web app, any Bid Transfer button or browser extension we publish, any downloadable component, and all updates, patches, documentation, and interface content we provide with them.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and the Terms of Service, and to your subscription being in good standing where a subscription is required, RNP Labs grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Software for your own bidding, on devices you control, for as long as your account remains active.
That is the whole grant. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:
We publish WidgetBid Bid Transfer in two forms, both included with every plan at no separate charge: a Bid Transfer button, which is a bookmark you add to your own browser from our site, and a store-distributed browser extension. Both run only in your own browser session, on your own click; neither signs in to employer systems and neither submits. These terms apply to both, and to any other button or extension we publish, and they are binding limits on what they do:
The Software is licensed, not sold. RNP Labs LLC and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. Copyright © 2026 RNP Labs LLC. All rights reserved.
Factual data presented by the Software (pairing figures, dates, credit values, award outcomes, seniority figures) is not claimed as our property. Our selection, arrangement, parsing, presentation, and derived analytics are.
We may update the Software automatically, including changes that add, alter, or remove features. Updates are part of the Software and are covered by this EULA. Web delivered updates apply as soon as you reload the app.
The Software includes third party components licensed under their own terms, which control for those components. These include the IBM Plex typefaces (SIL Open Font License 1.1) and open source JavaScript libraries used for data access and file handling. Nothing in this EULA limits your rights under an applicable open source license.
Your use of the Software involves processing of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. The Software stores preferences and session information in your browser as described in the Cookies & Local Storage Notice.
This EULA runs until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach it, and it ends when your account ends. On termination you must stop using the Software and uninstall any extension or installed app copy. Sections 3, 5, and 10 through 12 survive.
The limitation of liability in Section 13 of the Terms of Service applies to this EULA and is incorporated by reference.
The Software is "commercial computer software" as defined in FAR 12.212 and DFARS 227.7202. Any use by or for the U.S. Government is subject to the restricted rights in those provisions and this EULA. You may not export or re-export the Software in violation of U.S. export control laws or use it in any embargoed jurisdiction or if you are on any restricted party list.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, with venue in New Castle County, Delaware, as set out in Section 16 of the Terms of Service.
