Independent product. Not affiliated with any airline, union, or vendor. WidgetBid is an independent
product of RNP Labs LLC. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, approved by, or connected to
any airline, any pilots union, or any crew-scheduling software vendor, and nothing in the Service is an
official company or union communication. The Service refers to employer and vendor systems generically, and
all trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
THE DOCUMENTS
Terms of Service
The agreement between you and RNP Labs LLC. Eligibility, accounts, what the Service does and
does not promise, liability, governing law.
End User License Agreement
The license covering the WidgetBid software itself: the web app, the installable app,
and the Bid Transfer browser extension.
Privacy Policy
Exactly what we collect, why, who processes it, how long we keep it, and what we never
collect.
Subscription, Billing & Refunds
Plans, renewal, cancellation, the refund window, price changes, and taxes.

THE SHORT VERSION
None of the following replaces the full documents, but it is the honest summary:
- WidgetBid helps you build a bid. It does not bid for you. You sign in to PBS yourself, you
review what you are submitting, and you press submit. The optional Bid Transfer extension can type your
reviewed draft into the page you opened, at a pace you watch, and it cannot press submit. The Service
never logs in to any airline system and never submits anything on your behalf.
- We never ask for your company sign-on password or any employer credential. If anything ever asks you for
one in our name, it is not us. Report it to support@widgetbid.com.
- Nothing here guarantees an award. Feasibility percentages, emulator runs, and commute checks are
estimates built from published data and history. The official result is whatever PBS awards.
- We serve parsed facts, not airline documents. The Service does not host, display, or let you
download original bid packages, award reports, or seniority lists.
- We do not sell your data and we do not train models on it.
- You are responsible for your own compliance with your employer's policies and any collective
bargaining agreement that applies to you.
