These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and RNP Labs LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("RNP Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), covering your access to and use of WidgetBid at widgetbid.com and any related applications, extensions, and services (together, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
WidgetBid is decision-support software for airline pilots who bid a monthly schedule through a Preferential Bidding System. It presents published pairing and award information as sorted, filtered, searchable facts; it lets you rank what you want; and it compiles your preferences into bid language you can review and enter yourself.
WidgetBid is not a bidding system, is not connected to any bidding system, and does not transmit anything to your employer. Every bid the Service produces is a draft for you to inspect, edit, and enter or discard.
You sign in with a personal email address and a password you choose. Password resets are a one time code sent to an email address you control. Your WidgetBid password is separate from and must not match any credential issued by your employer.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us at support@widgetbid.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
Some features are free, some require a paid subscription, and some are free during a beta period. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the Subscription, Billing & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Your use of the Service is governed by the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, and without limiting that policy, you must not share or resell your account, scrape or bulk extract the Service, reverse engineer it, use it to violate any law or any policy that applies to you, or attempt to make it interact automatically with any airline system. The Bid Transfer extension, used as published, operates inside these limits: it fills fields at a human pace, under your eyes, on a page you opened, and it cannot sign in or submit.
The Service presents parsed factual information derived from bidding materials distributed to the pilot group: pairing identifiers, dates, report and release times, credit and block values, layovers, deadheads, and historical award outcomes and seniority figures. Facts of this kind are not protected by copyright.
The Service does not host, display, or distribute original airline documents. There is no document viewer and no document download. Where the Service shows award history, personal names are removed before the data is stored.
Data is loaded on a monthly cycle. We make no promise that any dataset is complete, current, or free of error, and we may add, change, or withdraw any dataset at any time.
You keep ownership of the information you put into the Service: your profile figures, preferences, saved bids, and anything you upload. You grant RNP Labs a limited, worldwide, royalty free license to host, process, transmit, and display that material solely to operate, support, and improve the Service for you.
If you upload a document, you represent that you lawfully possess it and are permitted to submit it. We may parse it into facts, discard the original, and reject or remove anything that does not validate. See the Privacy Policy for what is retained.
We do not use your data to train machine learning models, and we do not sell or rent your personal information.
The Service, including its software, source code, compiled bid logic, interface, layout, text, graphics, and the selection and arrangement of the data it presents, is owned by RNP Labs LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. Copyright © 2026 RNP Labs LLC. All rights reserved.
Your license to use the software is set out in the End User License Agreement, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of anything to you.
The Service runs on third party infrastructure and integrates third party providers for hosting, database, email, payments, flight schedule data, and optional assistant features. Those providers are listed in the Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions, and their outages may interrupt the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RNP Labs LLC and its members, managers, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, your submission of any bid, your upload of any material, or your violation of any law or any policy that applies to you.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. See Your Data for deletion.
We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, for suspected account sharing or fraud, for non-payment, to comply with law, or where we determine in good faith that continued operation of a feature creates legal, policy, or security risk. We may discontinue the Service or any feature at any time. If we terminate your paid subscription without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid term.
Sections 6 through 16 and any other provision that by its nature should survive will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Talk to us first. Before filing anything, email support@widgetbid.com with a description of the dispute and the relief you want. We will try in good faith to resolve it within 45 days.
If we cannot, you and RNP Labs LLC agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there. Either party may still bring an individual claim in small claims court. Claims must be brought individually, not as a class or representative action. Any claim must be filed within one year after it arises, to the extent permitted by law.
We may change the Service and these Terms. If a change is material, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and give notice in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the change. If you do not accept it, stop using the Service and cancel.
